So my concern about this has less to do with the technology itself, and more to do with... What happens when lawmakers make this mandatory? In such a way where the user can't be allowed to remove it? If that ever happens, you've just outlawed phones/computers that allow their users to have ultimate control over the software running on them. No more alternative desktop/mobile OSes. Oops.
