Lawsuit incoming? How this is possible if this seems to go 180° against them previously pretty much putting a privacy guarantee in EULA. Will they announce an EULA change, reversing the guarantee, and freeze anybody who haven't clicked it through? I thought Apple was one of a kind company brave enough to put such a guarantee in writing.
