This gets more EVs into the market, builds demand, and once these are cars go on the used market, ensures more, cheaper EVs for people who can’t afford a new car.
- squarefoot 5y agoAlso the used market should help bring down the new ones prices for being comparatively in better condition than combustion ones with the same age. It's probably too early to build any significant statistics, but electric engines should last a lot more than combustion ones, therefore a well treated used electric car would probably just need a new set of batteries and tires even after hundreds thousands of Km.
