- jnwatson 5y agoGood source. "Additionally, the provision clarifies that the definition of specified security includes a digital asset, which is defined as any digital representation of value that is recorded on a cryptographically secured distributed ledger or any similar technology." That means that WoW coins don't count (but NFTs do).
