It was disgusting re: the ships and the Javits center. But, the rude refusal to use any of those (by both Cuomo and Newsom), solely because Trump provided them, was also one of the early revelations of the politicization of the pandemic.

- standardUser 5y agoBefore any of that happened, Trump was promising the pandemic would go away on its own, calling for less testing (implying either an astounding lack of intellect or something more nefarious) and he later admitted on a television interview he lied about the severity of the pandemic.
