- pydry 5y agoBoth Bill Gates and Richard Stallman purport to act in a noble way. That doesnt differentiate them. Stallman's words are threatening to entrenched power and tech profit margins whereas Bill Gates almost acts as a poster boy for them.
- wayoutthere 5y agoStallman also has the social skills of a doorknob. Bill Gates is quite a bit more charismatic. I get that he’s autistic; so am I. But autistic people can also be gross jerks who overstep boundaries, and autism should not excuse that.
