There’s another obvious one that seems to be often ignored - users have phone numbers that aren’t formatted like they are where your company is located (looking at you, Silicon Valley). I left the USA, and have had huge amounts of trouble with a non-usa phone number. It ranges from unusable web uis to complete lockout (usually around 2fa).
