As a person living in Oakland: lots of homeless have sketchy (stolen?) bikes. I don't see that many sketchy white people on them. No one ever said that differen

As a person living in Oakland: lots of homeless have sketchy (stolen?) bikes. I don't see that many sketchy white people on them. No one ever said that different populations in Oakland are comparable in the first place. Articles like this are usually written by wealthy liberals living in nice suburbs.
