I take “quietly” to mean “without causing havoc and long term symptoms” which appears to be the undefined term here. This is why I refer explicitly to long term symptoms as being what remains. I stand by my comment, it does not “quietly” go away.

  I should have confirmed I was denying the claim and not making one, “we have not proved it goes away quietly eventually”.
