Other laws explicitly define pseudo-photographs (eg: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1978/37/section/7 https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1978/37/section/7) so I would suggest that this law does not include photo-realistic computer-generated images.
