- JulesRosser 5y agoSame here, we must have been lucky. My early experience in agencies were fantastic. It was only when I began contracting that I started to encounter scrappy companies, which made it a lot easier to deal with the dysfunction. We often had the perm benefits, a decent day rate, could clock out on the hour, and didn't have to take part in internal politics. Blissful in comparison to the perm roles.
