I find this ridiculous. If you force me to use email login, I’m going to feed you a burner email (thank you fastmail!) and call it a day. The difference with AppleID is that I get a much better experience, my device automatically does what I would do anyway. You don’t want to support a feature? It’s you app, do what you want. But the post reads like some lame justification (and a petty one at that).
