There's so much to see, I'd have a hard time even recommending a place to start. I haven't been to a place I didn't like yet. I decided that at some future point, I'm simply going to come back and pick up where I left off. What I did personally was fly into Istanbul, then I drove to Göreme, down to Antakya, and then started driving back up along the coast. There's so much to see, I'm kind of overwhelmed. It's a good problem to have :)
