You're claiming that XP was worse than ME?
- danieldk 5y agoME was not the version that preceded XP, it was Windows 2000. There were two completely different product lines, with a different kernel, etc. Windows 3.x -> Windows 95 -> Windows 98 -> Windows ME Windows NT 3.x -> Windows NT 4.0 -> Windows 2000 -> Windows XP -> Windows Vista -> Windows 7 -> Windows 8 -> Windows 10 Many people believe that XP was the successor of ME because this is where non-business users were migrated to the NT line of Windows.
