Tech industry is ripe with managers who cannot manage without abusing their employees in some form or the other. Like pushing people constantly for years, interrupting their work, make them go through hoops to straight up name calling, heckling, bullying and demeaning them. Applying faulty logic when it suits them, gaslighting and destroying employee reputation is on a daily todo list for some companies, orgs and managers. Don’t go looking for rosy big name companies with high profile job opportunities- the same thing that happens to a lot of Hollywood hopefuls will happen to you. Aka you will fucked and forgotten. What I’m trying to say is, if you happen to work with people you like, and they respect you , it is better for you in the long term to stay there. Or Find and develop filters to screen places, teams like these so you don’t get caught
