I wish that I could get negative interest on my mortgage; guess that only central banks can get away with this practice.

  Put all the ideas together. A negative-interest, infinite duration fixed rate mortgage. That's what I want!

      We already have basic income, it's just reserved for the rich.

    In Israel we have had hyperinflation in the early eighties, I was told that some people got lucky on their mortgage, but only if it was an old deal that was not adjusted for inflation. (don't know if it is true, actually)
