The coronavirus is rife in common US deer
- rossdavidh 5y agoCats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, mink, a gorilla (ok not too worried about that one, if you have a gorilla in your backyard maybe covid-19 is not your main concern), and now deer. If covid-19 is able to infect this many different species of mammal, it is probably able to infect most of them. Squirrels? Raccoons? Mice? Possums? Other urban mammals? Lockdowns and masks are not going to stop this thing, much less make it go away. The only two things that work are: 1) getting vaccinated 2) getting infected Take your pick. There are no other options.
