We've been using MM for about a year now as a company group chat, and it's pretty great! The only gripe I have now (besides collapsed threads looking awful: which seems to be fixed in the latest beta!) is that the data (i.e. chats) is stored unencrypted in our MySQL database. Being a tech company lots of ours engineer 'theoretically' have access to this database. I believe MM suggests to some higher level db encryption to solve this, but this is not ideal.
