Wife’s account was hacked. 15 years old, thousands of photos. As in she got an email saying new login. I told her to go to app and change password. Nope. They had changed the email and phone number associated with it. That was that. Spent entire day on it and all we could get was the to have account locked. Completely impossible to talk to anyone. Nearly got the occulas to try and back door it. I have backups of many but not all. Lots of tears. Turns out almost all of her friends have lost their original accounts.
