- film42 5y agoThe Financial Data Exchange (FDX) working group is pushing for this. They have a data spec and UX guides that encourage this exact thing. A user creates an access token for a specific app and that access token might can grant certain abilities to certain bank accounts. It's also adopted by the top US banks (live in production).
