Hardware support has been great. I have a linux laptop now for home use and am quite happy with it. Someone left a hp1200 laser jet on our buildings swap table. I couldn't leave it... schleped it upstairs and plugged it in (popOS). It found the driver and I can print. Is a little slow for graphics, but its quite old (8 mb ram...) I got a USB headset/microphone as a gift. I plugged it into my machine and it works like a charm. Its kind of remarkable.
