There are several varieties of guava. The really good ones are small and lime sized and the really bad ones are bigger and crap.
Really good ones have nice, soft red flesh and don’t have seeds that will break a tooth.
- mandelbrotwurst 5y agoI was lucky enough to have some guavas around for a while but not very recently - if I’m remembering correctly I think the seed hardness is also largely a function of how ripe they are?
