They went off several times a day, so the only people being stopped at the door were people who had purchased their goods being treated like a shoplifter. A cashier once forgot to remove the alarm thing on an item I purchased after checking me out. The alarm went off about 20 feet before I was at the sensor, by the time another group was passing through. The security guard checked them and their receipts and let them go. When I passed through no alarm went off.
