Hey, I like the idea. Have you heard of org maps - rather than hierarchal charts? If you read the ‘reinventing orgs’ book they talk about having a more fluid model which is less top down. Also I think bamboohr is probably the most important integration to have - most orgs use it and you can pull the org chart directly from there. Good work. Good idea.
