A lot of jobs will put you through multiple interviews then ghost you. I interviewed at several tech companies last year and it was crazy how few would email a simple letter saying they had moved on in their search. It's like they want the option to put you on the back burner for weeks and then reach out again if things fall through with others. Really gross and selfish.
