How to Recruit and Onboard Neurodivergent People
- chhum 5y agoI found this really interesting. Many of the practices which agile promotes - stand-ups, pair programming and so, are decidedly ableist - not surprising given the make-up of the people who originally promoted it. Good to see some discussion around this finally.
