I got recruited for a an interview at a fund management firm. Went through four interviews and got rejected a week later after the 4th interview. Companies don't realise some of as are so burnt out and have worked so hard during the pandemic. I removed myself from LinkedIn because of it. No hard working dedicated dev should be treated like the past didn't happen. I know what you guy's and girls are going through and I just want you to remind you you are more precious than gold and diamonds and you don't need beaurocrazy to validate determine your value.
