That's quite counterintuitive: It seems extremely likely that for most people (including but not limited to your humble servant), their self-image is delusional to a greater or lesser extent.
- erikpukinskis 5y agoI think that's too metaphysical a concern for this form of Christianity. There's no "universal truth" component here. This "new testament" Christianity operates in the individual person's mind, so as honest as you can be as an individual, that's the world in which this drama plays out.
