I does raise an important question. Why do we have predators and why do we even have a food chain?
Is it possible that evolutionary consuming meat gives you an advantage?
- user-the-name 5y agoThere is no "why". We do, that is a fact of life and we can not, at the current time, do anything to change this. It is not due to a choice that we made, nor can we make a choice to change it. If, one day, we are in a position where we can make that choice, then that will be a relevant moral question to decide.
