What a disgusting and condescending article. Basically saying we should be grateful that printer companies give us cheap printers so they can bleed us for the ink. Printers suck because it's the only physical thing we ask computers to do, and it's a difficult thing. But that doesn't excuse the fact that printer companies don't give a single shit about the user experience.
