I often see this claim but never any evidence for it. How do we know it’s Western plastic being dumped in rivers instead of their own thrash?
- beached_whale 5y agoThat doesn't matter. Until the countries have processes and infrastructure in place to properly handle it, it should not be sent there as that is relying on inadequate laws to reduce costs. And here we are.
