There must be something more to your story. Some slight mental issues, way too high expectation from work/salary/special requirements etc. A lot of folks think of themselves as perfectly fine, but on interviews they come as hard-to-work-with introverted weirdos. Applying for a very senior lead/managerial position. And so on. A year must mean tons of applications and at least some interviews. Do you have any idea/feedback from failed interviews on why they failed?
