I don't know about "fixing you" but as someone with ADHD, modafinil and the Pomodoro Method have gotten me most of the way to productive parity with neurotypical people. And what ground I've lost I've made up in ability to look at novel solutions. I don't imagine for a second I'd ever have hacked it as an SWE without it.
