Making the choice to remain unvaccinated adds to the rest of our risk. Some people cannot be vaccinated safely, but for all others - own, and pay for, the negative consequences. That’s not how the world works, unfortunately. We can’t buy the lives back for people who died. Even if it was unnecessary.
