- cfib 5y agoHave you fixed your hiring practices? I interviewed with cf a year ago. Back then you had unprepared interviewers (they couldn't solve their own coding challenge) and others who were downright rude. Ie: interviewer roling eyes and not looking at me when I ask questions and telling me that because I would not be in the same location as the rest of the team, they would do nothing to make me feel welcome or a part of the team. Are you still hiring people like that or letting them continue to breed a toxic workplace? (This was your backend billing team)
