I have read about it, but had never been the least bit interested in using it. It seemed like a monumental time waster to join a realtime channel in the hope that someone will say something of interest. The entire idea seems to be an assumption that people's time is worth nothing. In any case, I noted that it was available for everyone, and I was curious as to whether my initial impression of the service was correct so I installed it. When opening the application I was greeted by a screen where I was expected to enter my phone number. For me to share my phone number, the service has to be worth it. I have yet to see any indication that clubhouse is worth my time and phone number.
