Ask HN: Any thoughts on using No Code for MVPs?
I’m working with a UX/UI designer for my app and recently found there are some No Code options(Bravo Studio, Bubble, Abstra)to test my MVP.
I’m curious if anyone has any experience with going this route for building an app.
- PaulHoule 5y agoJust do it.
- kelly_obrien 5y agoAlright! Sounds like Nike, I’m in.
- PaulHoule 5y agoReally don't overthink it. Historically "no code" products run out of steam at some point. I don't believe that has to be the case but, just as the Wright brothers discovered there were six degrees of freedom you need to control to fly, somebody is going to put the essential elements together some day. Given that there is so much ferment you can learn more from attempting a prototype and taking the risk that you might have to make another prototype than you can from carefully studying the competitive landscape.

- rudasn 5y agoAs long as the time you spend thinking about it or doing it does not subtract from time spent talking to potential customers and solving the problems they will pay to get solved, yeah, do it..
