  You go to the emergency room and let the bill go to collections. Just make sure you have a different phone number for medical stuff so bill collectors don't bother you while you are working.

  This is due to the tying of healthcare unnecessarily to employment with discounts if negotiated that way, not a fundamental part of private healthcare. Said entrepreneur can also buy a plan from an exchange
