You’re uncomfortable if cameras are off. I’m uncomfortable if cameras are on. Someone has to lose. Are you really going to force everyone else to look straight at the camera and pretend to be engaged for the entire meeting? Even if that means they’re shutting off their brains? Just to make you feel comfortable? How many more people are you going to inconvenience with your demands that everyone turn on their camera and pretend to be engaged, versus me turning off my camera so that I can actually focus on what is being said?
