Shade Balls Are Meant to Conserve Water – But They Also Pose a Few Problems
- underseacables 5y agoI had read that the balls actually accelerated the growth of algae underneath, but this puts forth a very serious concern and that is plastic. I didn’t realize these were all made of plastic, I guess that just never entered my mind. Are there other materials that they could be made out of? Ceramic?
