I’m in a situation where I paid every month during COVID, didn’t pocket any savings, didn’t milk the system in any way. I can’t move because rent is up 35% in my area and I can’t buy because it’s insane. But you know what? I rather be in this situation than worrying about the end of the govt feeding bottle, so I’m not complaining. 20 million homeless would probably trash the market too and my investments would go to shit, so really I just wish everyone the best.
