Wonder if they are making their own machines now. We used Chinese factories up to a few years ago and I went to them quite a lot, especially the one creating our end product but also others in the supply chain and all the robots and printing machines etc were not Chinese (Japanese and German I saw mostly). I asked why not and the answer was that the ones made in China were just not that good (in terms of reliability and accuracy). We did mostly fully assembled flex pcbs.
