Try Microsoft ads, they aren’t backstopped by Google in any way.
Regardless of ownership, you’ll run into same problems almost everywhere if you publish articles critical of your advertisers. That’s nothing to do with Google and just the market working as intended/expected.
- proactivesvcs 5y agoMicrosoft ads are still run by an abusive brand which is even hostile to the privacy of their paying customers.
- mtnGoat 5y agoi dont disagree, but this article was complaining that every ad network is backed by google. that is false. the correct complaint, IMHO, is that the ad networks themselves, regardless of who powers it... are shady. singling out google is not entirely fair.
