My Cardiologist Diet Plan
- teekert 5y agoApart from the "skip breakfast" stuff it's seems like common sense and what generations before us have done since forever. Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants. I like a 10% fat yogurt with muesli and some nuts and dried fruit in the morning. Fills you up enough to make it to lunch without snacking. Other than that, I think most people already do this? Most importantly perhaps is the: Don't snack in the evening! Sure, have 2 dried prunes with your tea or something, don't eat a bag of crisps or cookies. I think most people do genuinely have to kick sugary habits. It's tough, maybe near impossible.
