Password management platform 1Password raises $100M as business booms
- donohoe 5y agoA password manager (that I use) raising this scale of funding feels troubling. The $20k/customer feels like a even more troubling metric.
- gjvc 5y ago$20k/customer?! How do you get that number? from the article I read 120M / 90k = 1333 USD per customer which is still perhaps too large, but within some sort of reach. I would think that a password manager is the sort of thing that's best done by open-source software for transparency but, yanno, enterprises need someone available for support before it can be relied upon and not be a risk-register item.
