Maybe I'm very lucky then, but I have:
- 400k salary
- 4 weeks of vacation + 12 holidays (low by EU standards but not by much)
- Free top tier health insurance for family
I agree 6 weeks is nice, but usually employers will let you take an extra week or two unpaid if you want the extra time.
