Biometrics do not enjoy Fifth Amendment protections, as has been established and demonstrated in multiple past cases at the federal level.

The U.S. Supreme Court isn’t likely to address the issue any time soon, rejecting two petitions in as many years to rule on the matter, leaving it largely up to the states to decide.”
- NackerHughes 5y agoI guess violations of the Constitution don't matter if the victim is someone you disagree with. When they come for you, who will be left to speak up for you?
