It needs quite a few dependencies in its `requirements.txt`. Did you install them globally? If I use `-m venv`, it doesn't produce the `activate_this.py` file

It needs quite a few dependencies in its `requirements.txt`. Did you install them globally? If I use `-m venv`, it doesn't produce the `activate_this.py` file that this plugin needs.
