Nothing stops Russian hackers from using Chinese VPNs and dropping some hanzi in the code here and there...
Do you see how useless and whataboutist these statements are?
- Atlantium 5y agoWhataboutism is far from useless. By comparing similar subjects one can see their traits with greater clarity. When whataboutism is used to deflect from the original subject then it is useless for anyone seeing clarity. Like many tactics it all depends on how it is used.
- varispeed 5y agoI am just trying to say that politicians say "they did it" without showing any evidence for it. What's wrong with that? Or should we never question anything?
- datameta 5y agoSure, that's valid. I takes most things the Russian gov says with a grain of salt but we shouldn't always question everything because that is their prime tactic of control - simultaneous information and disinformation.
