Kind of wild then that the bible says man will not live more than 120 years. Makes me wonder how many ancient people approached that age.

  Probably just a local aphorism stemming from a sexagesimal culture. 60 year olds exist, so 2x 60 is the limit.

  Life expectancy is weird… even with low life expectancy of the 1700s, if you made it to 65, youd likely hit 75.
